Client:
Jay Michael Barber Shop
Objective:
This is a multi-functional information graphic. The primary function
is a sign-in sheet for a barber shop. Other information that is
tracked is the client name, service provided, and servicing barber.
By tracking each person served, Jay was able to track total income,
income per barber, build a client database. Other uses included
projecting a business outlook and plot goals for the future. Future
uses for this graphic included building a client database.
